Job Title: Support Engineer

We are seeking a Support Engineer to help maintain and improve our Web3 applications by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and fixing bugs in our decentralized applications (dApps). You will work closely with developers, product managers, and blockchain engineers to ensure smooth functionality and resolve user-reported issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users and internal teams regarding issues with our Web3 applications.
• Debug and fix bugs in Next.js, Node.js, and blockchain-integrated applications.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to smart contract interactions (e.g., token transactions, NFT minting, Web3 wallet connectivity).
• Investigate and diagnose issues related to Web3 APIs, Ethers.js/Web3.js, and blockchain nodes.
• Work with customer support teams to provide timely resolutions to technical inquiries.
• Collaborate with developers to identify performance bottlenecks and improve system stability.
• Write and maintain documentation for troubleshooting guides and common issue resolutions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain, Web3 frameworks, and best practices for dApp support.

Basic Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, debugging, or software engineering.
• Proficiency in JavaScript & TypeScript for troubleshooting frontend and backend issues.
• Experience with Next.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Basic understanding of blockchain fundamentals, Web3.js/Ethers.js, and smart contract interactions.
• Familiarity with ERC-20, ERC-721 (NFTs), and ERC-1155 token standards.
• Knowledge of debugging tools such as Postman, Chrome DevTools, or blockchain explorers (Etherscan, Polygonscan, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database queries (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to resolve technical issues quickly.
• Understanding of Git, version control, and CI/CD workflows.
• Good communication skills to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical users.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience working with Solidity and debugging smart contracts.
• Knowledge of wallet integrations (Metamask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, etc.).
• Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync).
• Understanding of decentralized storage solutions (IPFS, The Graph, Arweave, Filecoin).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
