About the role

Working directly with hiring managers across the organisation, you will proactively partner with them to create an inclusive and effective end-to-end recruitment process for entry to middle management level vacancies. You will advise on attraction methods, including ways to attract a diverse range of talent, maximise advertising and social media platforms, embedding values-based interview practices, managing bias in decision making and ensuring a great experience for internal and external candidates. You will build talent communities in line with resourcing needs, creating engagement through social media and developing our employer brand.

About you

You have experience of advising hiring managers on recruitment best practice principles, to effectively attract and recruit talent. You have experience in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally to deliver great customer service. You have experience in using recruitment sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent pool databases or similar methods. You have knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar platforms.
