Job Title: Technical Presales Engineer

As a technical presales engineer, your work with Glass Gate will include to ensure that we sell technology products and services to our customers – consumers or businesses.

Your duties include:

Maintaining engineering procedures, working with sales teams, and conducting presentations to promote any new and existing products and solutions to customers at the beginning and at any stage of the sales cycle.

Introducing new or upgraded products to existing customers.

Work with prospective customers or contact sales leads to provide technical information.

Help customers choose products and solutions that meet their technological needs and answer questions about compatibility, functionality, and implementation.

Provide specifications and technical details to any customer’s IT department to ease installation.

Enable installations and provide necessary trainings.

Ensure the acquisition and maintenance of new and existing partnerships with OEMs.

Ensure the continuous certifications requirements necessary for the growth of the business are met timely.

Qualifications/ Experience

Certification and experience as a network engineer and/or solutions architect.

Any other IT certifications.

IT support technician experience with competencies to solve software and hardware problems on computers and IT infrastructure.

Analytical thinking skills.

Experience in Presales/ IT Technical

First Degree in any discipline

NYSC Discharge Certificate
