About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Product Designer** who is an excellent communicator and knows that the key differentiator in the digital space is simplifying the complexity for the end user.

Basic Requirements:

– Experience working with a cross-functional team (engineering, design, sales, marketing). to identify user needs and design new features and enhance existing ones.
– Primarily responsible for creating a target experience for a given product or service
– As an embedded team member, analyze UX “problems” and create design solutions that meet measurable business requirements and goals
– Create interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, low/hi-fidelity designs throughout the design process
– Good at creating style libraries & handover-files for development
– Incorporate market analysis, user feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into recommendations for design
– As/when applicable, run user interviews to unpack user needs
– Work in close partnership with the product team to come up with a holistic research + design plan
– Present design concepts to the working teams and key stakeholders
– Empower and consult the product teams in user-centered design thinking tools and techniques

Responsibilities:

– Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team
– Collaboratively work with the sales, and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
– Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
– Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
– Effectively communicate and present the one-click checkout product solution and value proposition to customers/merchants
– Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
– Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently
– Solving complex technical integration solutions and issues
– Assist in preparing concise, targeted proposals and contracts
– Developing and maintaining strong relationships
– Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry staying educated on the new regulations, our product solutions changes, innovations and trends.
– Achieving sales lead generation and appointment quotas
– Collaborate with UX designers beyond the working teams to create a shared knowledge base
– Approach your work with a global mindset, advocate for user-centricity
– Be a champion for all-things UX

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Product design.
• You Have A Stunning And Modern Design Style. Our clients expect the absolute best and will settle for nothing less. You should be able to keep on the cutting-edge of design fashion and create high level designs
• You Are An Effective Collaborator. You are brilliant, but also self-aware enough to embrace other people’s ideas, feedback, and direction. You know when you need help and how to ask for it. You can communicate with Managers and colleagues in a way that is honest and direct, and you will fight for good design, but you do it in a way that is persuasive and respectful.
• Solid attention to detail and capacity to work independently and filter through equivocalness.

Within first few weeks, you will:

• Familiarize yourself with our design language and existing products
• Meet and get to know your fellow Design teammates, as well as key stakeholders you’ll be working with
• Collaborate with other designers on the product

Within 6 months, you will:

• Work on multiple aspects of the product
• Help refine and improve our existing products
• Work with multiple members of the team across Design, Product and Engineering
• Present at design demos and work through feedback

Within 12 months, you will:

• Be comfortable with all parts of our products and features
• Have contributed to multiple product and feature releases
• Helped optimize multiple products and features based on user feedback, stakeholder feedback, user testing and product experiments
