We are looking for a User Support Agent to join a dedicated team in Hungary, aiding to serve 20 million users all over the US by elevating their online job searching experience.

About this position

Lensa is a career site in the US and our main focus is providing a free job alert service, delivering matching jobs to users on a daily basis, based on their pre-set preferences we have on file. We are looking for support agents to maintain user relationships and answer queries that may surface whilst using the service. This position is in afternoon (16:00-20:00) shift only.


  • Create engagement with our users on a daily basis
  • Respond on our online platform to incoming SMS within the given time-frame
  • Understand the user issues and aim to resolve as quickly as possible
  • Part-time job (4 hrs/day) in the afternoon (16:00-20:00)
  • Work from home-office


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service/User Support
  • Ability to work independently in an effective manner
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Empathy
  • ‘Can-do’ attitude and positive thinking
  • Great written communication skills
  • High level of English proficiency
  • Fast learning skills
  • Quick and efficient decision-making
  • High tolerance for occasional monotony
  • Ability to multitask
  • You must have your own device to work with
  • Hungarian language knowledge is not needed to succeed in this role
