Administrative Assistant 50k

Social Media Strategist (Intern)
A Social Media Strategist is responsible for administering our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Sales Executives / Field Marketer (commission based) (+ 35k if resuming office)
Responsibilities:
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process from start to finish.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Conversant with digital marketing.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
Requirements:
• Minimum academic qualification of a degree in sales, business or related field.
• 3 years of sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
4. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

5. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

6. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements:
Experience in sales
Language skills will be added advantage
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
