Job Summary:

Cribstock is seeking a talented and passionate Videographer/Photographer to join our creative team. As a Videographer/Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality visual content that showcases the properties available on our platform, the experiences of co-owners, and the benefits of using Cribstock. Your work will play a vital role in creating engaging marketing materials, promoting property co-ownership, and attracting potential investors.

Responsibilities:

Capture and edit compelling videos and photographs of properties available for co-ownership through the Cribstock platform.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand the vision and objectives of each project, ensuring that the captured content aligns with the brand identity and effectively communicates the benefits of property co-ownership.
Operate professional video and photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment, to capture high-quality visuals.
Conduct on-site visits to properties, ensuring optimal lighting, angles, and compositions to showcase their features and appeal to potential investors.
Edit and enhance videos and photographs using industry-standard software to create visually appealing and engaging content.
Stay updated on the latest videography and photography techniques, trends, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and creativity of the content produced.
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide visual content for promotional materials, social media platforms, website, and other marketing channels.
Capture testimonials and interviews with co-owners to highlight their success stories and experiences with property co-ownership through Cribstock.
Manage and organize digital media assets, ensuring proper archiving and availability for future use.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver completed videos and photographs within specified deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a professional videographer and photographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in capturing real estate or lifestyle-related visuals.
Proficiency in operating professional-grade videography and photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
Excellent knowledge of videography and photography techniques, composition, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
Solid understanding of different video and photography styles and the ability to adapt to various shooting conditions.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing shooting environments and schedules.
Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain digital media assets efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and convey the benefits of property co-ownership through visuals.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on project and property availability.
A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and a passion for capturing and creating visually appealing content.
Residency within Lagos, Nigeria, as the role requires traveling to properties and collaborating with the local team.
