Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites for Strattmont and our clients
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project-specific requirements
• Ensure websites are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for performance
• Collaborate with the design team to transform Figma/Photoshop mockups into functional WordPress websites
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring high performance and security
• Implement SEO best practices and manage website content updates
• Conduct regular website testing and debugging across multiple browsers and devices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP
• Expertise in WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders like Elementor or WPBakery
• Familiarity with custom post types, advanced custom fields (ACF), and APIs
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and performance optimization techniques
• Experience with WooCommerce (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js)
• Experience in building custom WordPress themes and working with headless WordPress
• Knowledge of server management, security, and performance optimization
• Experience with eCommerce development and integrations
