Overview
The University of Strathclyde offers the Diamond Jubilee Research Scholarships to support outstanding postgraduate research students in the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences. These scholarships cover full tuition fees for international and UK students, encouraging high-quality research across a wide range of disciplines. The award applies for the full duration of study: up to 3 years for full-time and 6 years for part-time students (part-time available only to Home/RUK students). Please note, the scholarship covers tuition fees only, and recipients must fund living costs independently.

Hold or have applied for a place in a relevant doctoral program by the scholarship closing date

Demonstrate strong research potential through a research proposal

Have research interests aligned with one of the departments/subject areas in the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences
