Applicants must:

Ineligibility Conditions
You are NOT eligible if you:

Already hold a degree from a Swedish university

Previously received a Swedish Institute scholarship

Have Swedish/EU citizenship or residence permits (with few exceptions)

Have lived in Sweden for 2+ years before August 2026
