Client Operations Coordinator at AffirmedRx, Remote (Global)

The Client Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day success of AffirmedRx’s client partnerships. Working closely with cross-functional teams supporting the client experience, this role combines project coordination, data analysis, and technology management to ensure seamless client experiences and optimized patient outcomes. It’s a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. While direct client account management experience isn’t required, backgrounds in operations, administration, project coordination, or military leadership are highly transferable.

What you will do:

Client Operations Support:

  • Collaborate with Client Managers to track deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-through on client needs
  • Maintain organized client materials such as plan documentation, benefit summaries, and trackers
  • Prepare client-facing materials and presentations for meetings, open enrollment, and quarterly reviews

Technology and Tool Management:

  • Assist with oversight of the configuration and performance of Salesforce Health Cloud, phone systems, and other PCA tools
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors and IT to ensure optimal tool functionality
  • Provide training and support to PCA and Client Management teams on system usage and best practices

 Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Serve as liaison between PCA, Client Management, and Data & Analytics teams
  • Facilitate communication and alignment on goals and expectations during the implementation process
  • Participate in internal projects to improve client performance and operational processes

Reporting and Data Management:

  • Assist with preparing and reviewing reports on pharmacy claims, utilization, and performance trends
  • Track KPIs related to client operations, tool usage, and patient outcomes
  • Develop dashboards and reports to measure health outcomes, member satisfaction, and operational efficiency

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including military service
  • Professional background in operations, project coordination, client service, healthcare, or related fields
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to continuous learning and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
