The 2025 Jim Ovia Scholarship supports outstanding Nigerian students with full academic assistance to pursue their undergraduate studies in any field at a Nigerian federal or state university.
The programme opens for new beneficiaries only and aims to empower young Nigerians through quality education, integrity, and merit.

This is a highly competitive, short-window scholarship — applicants must submit accurate information and follow all rules strictly.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must NOT use an agent — applications are strictly individual and free of charge.

• Only one submission per applicant (multiple entries lead to disqualification).

• Must have completed Senior Secondary School.

• Must have gained admission into a Nigerian State or Federal University and provide proof.

• Must have at least 5 O’Level credits (WAEC/NECO) and upload a valid certificate.

• Must be 16 years or older at the time of application.

• Open to all courses and programmes.

• Must provide a valid phone number and email address for communication.

• Email address must contain first name + last name and must be Gmail or Yahoo.

• All uploaded documents must be clear and readable.

• Falsification of documents leads to automatic disqualification.
