We builds operating systems for residential and commercial communities that help to streamline and simplify their operations – simplifying processes such as billing, collections, utilities vending, code-based access control, issue management, accounting and much more. We also provide direct services to households such as marketplace services, rental-assistance and household financing

About the role

We’re looking for a communications/social media specialist that will report to the Marketing & Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Help to create a consistent and strong brand for the business.
• Create content, including text posts, infographics, videos and images for use on social media
• Run social media campaigns across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
• Leverage the community to amplify knowledge of our products and services
• Create engagement strategies across media platforms
• Support the planning and running of events
• Serve as a liaison to media houses, online publications, event organizers
• Requirements for the role
  • Storytelling and SEO / data analysis skills
  • Experience managing social media accounts for community-oriented products
  • Ability to create simple animated content
  • A growth mindset
  • Proficient with design tools like Canva and Figma
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in clear and simple terms
  • An unparalleled passion for life long learning & doing
  • Flexible and willing to take on tasks in a startup context that are outside of your defined role
  • Ability to work independently in a mostly-remote company with lots of moving parts.
  • Professional experience in: consulting, corporate strategy or operations at a venture-backed tech startup
