Job Title: Creative Content Manager – Storyteller
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Creative Content Manager, you’ll be the driving force and custodian of quality for our design solutions. You’ll manage our design projects and coordinate with our talented design team to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Your keen eye will ensure each design meets our top-tier standards, platform specifications, and client brand guidelines, all while using Figma, your faithful tool. If you can spot a design hitch in a flash and love to get your hands dirty with creative and technical aspects, you’re our ideal candidate. You’ll have a significant impact in this role, shaping design projects that turn heads worldwide.
What can you expect?
- Becoming an expert in the Storyteller platform
- You will take ownership of delivery of and client satisfaction for the designs we provide for a major client in the sports industry
- Report to and work with the Account Director and Manager, input and support other team members and work autonomously
- Taking the lead in organizing design tasks, prioritising activities to help the team focus on what’s most important.
- Briefing designers clearly about project details, considering client requests, platform best practices, and aesthetics to ensure everyone’s on the same page.
- Providing designers with regular constructive feedback that fosters continuous improvement.
- Working with both static and video assets
- Paying attention to details so we continue to create high-quality designs that meet client specifications, brand style guides, and distribution platform safe zones
- Using Figma to manage design projects, simplifying versioning and specification tracking.
- Regular sessions with clients and account managers to keep stakeholders in the loop.
- Promoting clear and open communication within the team, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard.
- Liaising with team and account managers to ensure efficient allocation of internal resources
- Creating written and recorded guidance and best practices documents for internal and external use
- Collecting and tracking dependencies both internally and with the client
- Getting your hands dirty with last-minute, simple asset requests
What’s important to us:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative flair and an excellent eye for tidy and impactful design and for aligning designs with automated systems
- Confidence with the Adobe Creative Suite and other design programs such as Figma
- Previous experience in content production and/or management, including providing feedback to designers.
- Confidence and skill in managing team members
- Unparalleled attention to detail
- Superb organisational skills, including balancing multiple task
- Ability to work under deadline pressure without compromising accuracy
- Adaptability to feedback and changing priorities.
- Ability to learn and master collaborative tools for managing workflows and processes such as JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable
- High work-ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to deliver.
- Familiarity with automation tools and integrations, particularly within Airtable
- Awareness of popular sports leagues and their associated fandoms
We use the latest tools, hardware and methodologies across our teams. We’re always on the look-out for new ways of working and ensure everyone is setup with enough hardware firepower to excel, Windows or Mac.

Outside of UK, up to 37,000 EUR per year (or local currency equivalent) full-time contractor contract, depending on experience and skills.
Within the UK, £27,000 – £32,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
CONTRACT TYPE
Full time contractor contract – fully remote working from anywhere in Europe!
Permanent / Full time within the UK.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Firstly, you will be invited for a 60-minute interview via Zoom with Emily, Account Manager for one of our major clients, and Ashara, Digital Project Manager. During the meeting, Emily and Ashara will get to know you and try to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions.
Secondly – if your interview goes well, you will be sent a follow-up exercise (for which you will be compensated) that aims to test your problem solving skills. We’ll discuss that in a second meeting with Emily, Ashara, and a member of our leadership team.
