Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Officer you will be responsible for;
- Receiving and attending to visitors and customers.
- Answering calls and attending to enquiries.
- Bridging the gap between customers and the production department.
- Collaborating with a media officer in populating and updating the company’s social media pages as advised.
- Liaising with the head of Admin on all administrative matters.
Qualifications:
- BSc Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience as a Customer Care Officer.
- Strong communication skills.
- Great Customer relationship management skills.
- Database management skills.
- Female candidates preferred.
Salary: NGN 50,000
