REQUIREMENTS
-
1–2 years’ experience in ticketing & reservations (travel agency/airline).

Proficiency in at least one GDS (Amadeus preferred).

Strong communication & customer service skills.

Sales-driven with the ability to upsell and cross-sell.

Tech-savvy: WhatsApp Business, MS Office, CRM tools.

Flexible to work hybrid (remote + in-office).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process flight bookings, rebookings, and ticket issuance on GDS (Amadeus preferred).

Manage cancellations, refunds, and special requests.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners.

Provide accurate travel advice (visa rules, baggage, itineraries).

Upsell hotels, airport transfers, tours, and travel insurance.
-
Maintain client records, reconcile payments, and submit daily reports among others.
CONTRACT TERMS
-
Competitive monthly salary + performance bonuses.

3-month probation with performance review.

Work hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays).
