Chanelle is a state licensed Microfinance Bank currently operating in Lagos State with five (5) branches. The Bank is seeking to recruit naturally driven and result oriented business development professionals to increase the bank’s customer base in the microfinance sector, proffering financial advisory and intermediation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and profile key prospect among retail businesses
• Initiate and maintain relationships with clients
• Prepare marketing plans and strategies to achieve the objective to grow the retail business.
• Coordinate the execution of business initiatives by identifying business opportunities and developing financing solutions to meet the needs of customers/clients
• Meet and exceed sales revenue and profitability goals.
• Responsible for review of customers’ financials and making recommendations for credit to be granted under various facilities for customers’ satisfaction.
• Undertake activities/engagements that will position the bank as the industry reference/Go-To bank for financial advisory
• Design and implementation of business development strategy
• Customer relationship management
• Interpersonal skill
• Networking and effective communication skills
• Data gathering & analysis
• Proven ability to negotiate

Requirements

University Degrees in: Banking & Finance, Economics, Accounting, and/or related professional qualifications.
Additional Professional Qualification would be an advantage
3 years and above banking experience, in Marketing, Retail Banking, Treasury Marketing (Deposit Mobilisation), SMEs, Sales
