FittedCity Limited is a leading infrastructure consultancy and delivery firm committed to providing exceptional architectural, engineering, and project management services. We are seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced driver to join our team and support our daily operations.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a professional and experienced Company Driver to transport staff, executives, clients, and materials safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring punctuality, and providing courteous service to all passengers while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•       Safely transport company executives, staff, clients, and visitors to various locations as assigned

•       Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers, maintaining punctuality at all times

•       Maintain the company vehicle in clean and excellent working condition both inside and outside

•       Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure regular maintenance including oil changes, tire pressure, and fluid levels

•       Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance issues to management immediately

•       Plan efficient routes to avoid traffic congestion and ensure timely arrival at destinations

•       Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, regulations, and company driving policies

•       Assist with loading and offloading of materials, equipment, or documents when required

•       Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance

•       Handle company errands including deliveries, document collection, and banking transactions

•       Ensure the security of the vehicle, passengers, and company property at all times

•       Maintain professional appearance and courteous demeanor when interacting with staff and clients

•       Refuel the vehicle as needed and maintain fuel receipts for accounting purposes

•       Be available for emergency driving assignments or extended work hours when required

•       Perform other driving-related duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Age Requirement:

•       Candidate must be between 35 – 45 years of age

Educational Requirements:

•       Minimum of SSCE (Senior Secondary Certificate Examination) or equivalent

License & Experience:

•       Valid Nigerian driver’s license (must be up-to-date and not expired)

•       Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience

•       Previous experience as a corporate or executive driver is an advantage

•       Clean driving record with no history of serious traffic violations or accidents

Technical Skills:

•       Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads, routes, and traffic patterns, particularly in Ikeja and surrounding areas

•       Proficiency in driving various types of vehicles (sedans, SUVs, minibuses)

•       Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to perform minor repairs

•       Ability to use GPS and navigation applications

•       Good understanding of vehicle safety features and emergency procedures

Location Requirement:

•       Candidate must reside in Ikeja, Lagos (This is mandatory for punctuality and immediate availability)

Availability:

•       Must be able to resume work immediately upon selection
