Position Title: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager to lead and oversee all our social impact projects and community engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing CSR programs that align with our company values and contribute to sustainable community development. This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement expertise, and a genuine commitment to creating meaningful social impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Planning:

•       Develop and implement comprehensive CSR strategies and programs aligned with company objectives and community needs

•       Identify priority areas for social impact including education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and community infrastructure

•       Conduct needs assessments and impact evaluations to ensure programs address real community challenges

Program Management:

•       Lead all CSR and social impact projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes

•       Manage CSR budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively

•       Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute impact initiatives

•       Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs using key performance indicators and impact metrics

Stakeholder Engagement:

•       Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders

•       Engage employees in volunteer activities and CSR initiatives to foster a culture of giving back

•       Identify and establish partnerships with reputable NGOs and community organizations for program implementation

Reporting & Communication:

•       Prepare comprehensive reports on CSR activities, impact assessments, and program outcomes for management and stakeholders

•       Document success stories, case studies, and testimonials from beneficiaries

•       Develop content for internal and external communication channels highlighting CSR achievements

•       Represent the company at CSR forums, conferences, and community events

Compliance & Sustainability:

•       Ensure all CSR activities comply with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and company policies

•       Promote sustainable practices within CSR programs and company operations

•       Stay updated on CSR trends, best practices, and emerging social impact opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Educational Requirements:

•       Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field

•       Completion of NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) is mandatory

•       Professional certification in CSR, Project Management, or Community Development is an advantage

Experience:

•       Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in CSR, community development, social impact, or related field

•       Experience working with an NGO, development organization, or in the non-profit sector is a significant plus

•       Proven track record of successfully managing social impact projects from start to finish

Skills & Competencies:

•       Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously

•       Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities

•       Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing, presentations, and public speaking

•       Budget management and financial planning capabilities

•       Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools

•       Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and impact measurement methodologies

•       Understanding of sustainable development goals (SDGs) and corporate sustainability practices

Location Requirement:

•       Candidate must reside in Ikeja or nearby areas for easy accessibility and community engagement activities
