You…

• Are experienced in mobile app development, with at least 4 years of experience in Native Android (Java / Kotlin)
• Are experienced in developing, releasing and maintaining successful mobile applications used by tens of thousands of users
• Are passionate about building scalable and well-structured mobile applications using Java and/or Kotlin
• Have extensive experience with working with Geolocation & Real-time services
• Have built tools and/or libraries for yourself or for other developers to use
• Are able to ship applications on time
• Can work effectively within a team but are also equally comfortable working autonomously
• Have a passion for crafting experiences that users and developers rave about.
• Are quality-minded and are interested in all parts of software development: coding, testing, deployment, monitoring.
• Bonus points if you have experience with React Native, Swift, iOS , server-side languages or setting up infrastructure  i.e NodeJS, GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, the Elastic stack

You will…

• Develop and maintain highly reliable, performant and scalable mobile applications
• Develop and maintain highly reliable, performant and scalable mobile libraries and SDks with developer experience in mind
• Implement innovative and creative solutions for dealing with Chinese based Android devices
• Write clear documentation both in-line code as well as on our Developer documentation platform on how to use the awesome tools and/or features you’ve built.
• Design and implement testing strategies that measure the performance of the applications you built as well as catch any potential bugs
• Problem solve bugs or issues developers encounter while using your libraries as well as incorporating developer feature requests into your release cycle
• Dive into our analytics tools to determine whether or not a particular feature you built is working as expected
• Manage field testing of your applications  with testers and developers
• Take part in every stage of development from concept to deployment
• Proactively participate in and improve our product development processes
• Participate in code reviews and peer programming sessions
• Work fully remote with a team of supportive and passionate engineers, product managers and designers
