Field Sales Agent

The Position

As a Field Sales Agent, you’ll be the face of Renmoney to our customers. You’ll focus on attracting new clients and maximizing profitability within your sales portfolio. You’ll work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, product education, and turning interested people into long-term customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet required financial targets/sales budgets
• Meet performance, KPIs, service level, quality standards, and customer satisfaction rates/standards
• Obtain customer information and determine eligibility of customers by comparing information received with requirements
• Provide correct and complete information to customers on the organization’s products and services
• Ensure correct and complete documentation of customer interactions according to standard operating procedures
• Provide feedback on processes, products, and procedures for business improvement

Requirements

• BSc. degree from an accredited university
• 2-5 years’ experience in retail sales
