We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Digital to join our dynamic team at Another Community for our luxury womenswear brand A.W.A.K.E MODE. . In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations, driving our brand’s influence locally and internationally while increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Responsibilities

  • As the head of digital, Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEM/CPC, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee social media strategy.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
  • Lead, oversee, and motivate the digital department team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices in digital marketing and social media.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Head of Digital, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
  • Significant experience in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
  • Experience in managing and overseeing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce, PPC, SEO & SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of web design procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
  • Familiarity with web design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field.
  • Fashion background it’s essential
