Junior IT Support Specialist at Kreativstorm, Remote (Global)

As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical assistance across the company. You’ll diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, manage user accounts, and help maintain the reliability and security of our IT systems. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in IT support and systems management.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support to team members via chat, email, or video call.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
  • Support the setup and management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Maintain IT documentation and update internal knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system performance and security.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining cloud-based tools and remote work systems.

Who You Are

  • A student, recent graduate, or early-career professional in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiar with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Comfortable with basic networking concepts, troubleshooting, and system configuration.
  • Knowledge of cloud tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) or remote collaboration platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn from a global team.
  • Prior internship or helpdesk experience is a plus, but not required.
