Marketing Sponsorship Manager
Inspire Community Network is a regional nonprofit organization that promotes rural community development, girls’ and women’s empowerment, quality education, writers’ development, and art and culture.
We are seeking a well-qualified marketing and sponsorship manager to source funds for regional projects, signature art events, and other projects in the organization. Interested applicants must be based in Akwa Ibom.
Required Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal.
2+ years in a fundraising or sponsorship or grant writing role
2+ years in an administrative role.
A bachelor’s degree would be accepted based on exceptional experience. Degree in a relevant field (Media and Communications, Marketing, Business-Management, etc).

- Marketing and persuasive skills
- Self-starter, work well independently, and with a team
- Aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite
- Aptitude with Google Suite.
- Tech-savvy
- Possess strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Possess excellent organizational skills
- Commitment to ICON mission and programs
- Superior communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal
- Excellent time management and flexibility with job duties
- Creativity, self-starting ability, strong organizational skills, and oriented, to a high level of detail
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and with competing priorities
- Occasional regional travel for external meetings and special events
- Knowledge of corporate and governmental sponsors and knowledge of or connections to key players in Akwa Ibom.
