About Us

Aura is developing a platform to help companies/communities mint, buy, trade and sell NFTs in the easiest manner possible. Developing a state of the art store front customized to the community and a user friendly interface to unlock the digital growth of companies in the gaming, art, music, etc space by leveraging the power of NFTs. We are assembling a high performing team from the tech ecosystem to build this product and compete with the likes of NBA TopShot.

Requirements

• Actively contribute to building a North Star for a product/feature
• Work on high priority and high visibility complex product designs
• Single-handedly drive designs and oversee the strategic and tactical deliverables related to that project
• Coordinate and plan with other functions. Manage stakeholder expectations
• Identifying the appropriate UX methods and tools to use depending on project constraints
• Contribute to our growing design system of patterns in an effort to cultivate a cohesive look and feel, and user experience

Skills and Qualifications

• 4+years experience in Product design or UX roles
• Empathy and advocacy for users in all areas of work
• A deep understanding of the design process, experience using UX prototyping tools, as well as relevant fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies to understand the constraints of the design
• Experience designing for Web
• Extraordinary UI design abilities that can be demonstrated through current projects
• Thinking in terms of design systems and reusable components
• Excellent written and communication skills
