Who are we looking for?We are seeking a skilled and talented B2C Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a B2C Product Owner, you will play a vital role in understanding consumer behavior, driving product strategy, and delivering exceptional consumer-facing applications. Your expertise in leveraging analytics, user research, and agile methodologies will be instrumental in creating compelling online consumer experiences.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Gain a deep understanding of the patient engagement experience through current uMed patient contact points.
  • Drive the research and analysis of additional planned patient contact points.
  • Translate product strategy into a delivery roadmap and backlog to improve the current patient experience and deliver new patient-facing features on the uMed platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Assess and recommend UI analytics and optimization tools, including A/B testing, for patient-facing (B2C) applications.
  • Plan and execute usability testing to understand patient motivations and enhance application usability.
  • Work with the product designer and front-end development team to create compelling patient engagement interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Prioritize and plan user stories for implementation in each sprint.
  • Contribute to creating an empowered team comfortable with challenging conversations and promoting effective ways of working.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-up, planning, and refinement.
  • Work with the product manager to prioritize competing demands.
  • Seek to understand data flows within the platform and interactions across the business.
  • Support team members in problem-solving activities to remove blockers.
  • Contribute to and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a B2C Product Owner, leveraging tools to understand consumer behavior and build engaging consumer-facing applications.
  • Proficiency in analytics and A/B testing tools and methodology, using data points to create compelling online consumer experiences.
  • Experience in user research and usability testing methodologies.
  • Understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Collaboration experience within cross-functional environments and with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Good understanding of compliance requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO27001.
  • Strong leadership skills, influencing and guiding stakeholders toward effective solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills within an agile/Scrum framework.
  • Data analysis and visualization capabilities.
