Programmatic Specialist at Kepler Group, Remote (United States)
We’re looking for a Programmatic Specialist on a contract basis to join our Optimization & Innovation team through the end of 2025. In this role, you’ll work 40 hours per week on a contract basis, aligned to EST hours. You’ll focus on managing programmatic display, native, audio, and DOOH campaigns, primarily across DV360. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on campaign management experience who can confidently launch, QA, optimize, and analyze campaigns.
You’ll succeed in this role if you’re detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and eager to apply your skills in programmatic media buying and optimization to deliver strong results for Kepler clients.
What You Will Do:
- Manage in-platform execution of programmatic campaigns, with a focus on DV360, including campaign setup, launch, QA, and ongoing optimizations
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve results and inform client strategies.
- Support the media buying process by implementing campaign structures, tracking, and pacing against budgets.
- QA campaign setups and troubleshoot delivery issues to ensure flawless execution.
- Contribute to weekly performance reviews and reporting, highlighting key takeaways and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Kepler team members to align on best practices and share learnings across accounts.
- Work full-time (40 hours per week, EST hours) through the end of 2025.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1–3 years of hands-on, in-platform experience managing programmatic campaigns required.
- Strong understanding of the media buying process and campaign lifecycle (setup, launch, optimization, and reporting).
- Experience QA’ing campaign builds and ensuring accurate implementation of targeting, creative, and tracking.
- Ability to analyze performance data and clearly translate results into insights and recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Preferred but not required: hands-on, in-platform experience with Meta, Reddit, and Amazon
