Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support daily project operations and administrative processes.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, procurement, travel, and inventory documentation.
  • Research and compile grants and proposals for management review.
  • Develop and maintain a social media plan; schedule and publish approved content.
  • Coordinate with finance on invoicing, payments, and reporting.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and project documentation.
  • Support onboarding, employee queries, and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain office systems and equipment.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events and conferences.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior management and visitors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Administrative Officer.
  • Knowledge of office systems, project coordination, and administrative best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online scheduling/collaboration tools.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with sound judgment and problem-solving ability.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a graduate qualification in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
