Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, manpower planning and processes
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- General candidate sourcing and screen candidates resumes/ job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Maintaining a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects
- Growing and fostering high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent
- Employment verification and reference management
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Follow and achieve Recruitment Plans according to the business needs
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Qualification Requirements
- Passion for a fast-paced startup environment
- 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting within a growing organization, with proven ability to recruit and hire top-tier talent
- Experience in organizing skills assessment centers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who is highly team and values-oriented, inquisitive, and enjoys problem-solving
- Strong decision making skills
- Bachelor degree from a reputable University
- Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
- Professional Certification in HR is an added advantage
- You have a passion for providing extraordinary customer service
- Strong customer service, organization skills, time management, and great attention to detail
- Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks
