Requirements
- Customer service experience or experience as a Client Service Representative is required.
- A track record of exceeding quotas
- Active listening and strong phone contact managing skills
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to various types of characteristics
- Outstanding communication and presenting abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and successfully manage time
