Job Description

• · Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards in compliance with company and health regulations.
• · Ensure all food is presented attractively and meets quality standards before serving.
• · Assign and coordinate duties among waiters, kitchen staff, and service personnel to ensure seamless service flow.
• ·Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and identify areas for improvement across departments.
• · Monitor adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory guidelines.
• · Investigate variances, irregularities, or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

•SSCE /OND / HND

•Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar roles as advertised. Experience in the Hospitality Business is highly needed.
