• Analyze Business Requirements: Work with product and development teams to gather and analyze requirements for our platform
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize system performance
• Technical Task Management: Create technical tasks for developers and ensure they are clearly defined and understood
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute test plans, ensuring system reliability and performance
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for system-related issues
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including system designers, to ensure smooth system integration
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor system performance and generate reports to track efficiency and identify areas for improvement
• Technical Documentation: Write and maintain documentation for systems and processes to ensure clarity and continuity

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL and database schema design
• Experience with system modeling and design tools
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Familiarity with financial services or lending platforms
• Experience with Agile methodologies
