Telesales Representative at Avant Tech, Remote (Nigeria)

We are currently identifying potential candidates for an upcoming opportunity within our organization. This role requires individuals with exceptional spoken English, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to engage customers professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound telesales calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Present products and services using clear, compelling, and globally understandable English.
  • Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and uphold a professional tone on all calls.
  • Apply non-aggressive persuasive skills to influence buying decisions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Handle basic customer service requests via phone with courtesy and clarity.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and uphold company values.

Requirements

  • Strong command of spoken English (Global Standard / Broadcasting Quality).
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication style.
  • Non-aggressive but effective persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work remotely with strong self-management and reliability.

Additional Requirements

  • Previous experience in Telemarketing or Telesales.
  • Prior experience in phone-based customer service.
  • Confidence, clarity, and warmth in speaking.
  • Must be based in Lagos.
