About the Internship

• We are offering a 6-month intensive internship for emerging designers who want to refine their skills in UI/UX and graphic design while working on real projects.
• This internship is structured as a hands-on training experience youll work directly with our design team, contribute to live campaigns, and receive certification from M365Consult upon completion.
• This is not a beginner role its an opportunity for designers with up to two years of experience who want to evolve their craft in a professional, fast-paced environment.

What You will Learn & Do

UI/UX Design

• Design clean, user-centred interfaces for mobile and web applications.
• Learn how to translate real business goals into user journeys and wireframes.
• Support ongoing product design projects within the M365Consult ecosystem.
• Participate in usability reviews and design iterations with senior designers.
• Graphic Design & Branding
• Create social media visuals, flyers, and brand identity assets for campaigns.
• Contribute to the creation of illustrations, mascots, and visual elements that express our brand tone.
• Understand how to build cohesive visual systems across web, digital, and print.
• Assist in maintaining and expanding our brand design library.

What We are Looking For

• Up to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design and/or graphic design.
• Strong design fundamentals layout, typography, colour, and composition.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop or After Effects is a plus).
• A solid portfolio that demonstrates your creativity, process, and range.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a team environment.
• Passion for merging design, technology, and human experience.
