2025 Mastercard Foundation Scholarship Program at Sciences Po Overview
Sciences Po, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, offers full scholarships to outstanding African students who demonstrate academic excellence, strong leadership potential, and financial need. The program provides access to a world-class social sciences education and aims to equip graduates with the skills to address critical challenges in Africa.
2025 Mastercard Foundation Scholarship Program at Sciences Po Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be nationals of an eligible African country (see list below).
- Be 35 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Be proficient in English or French (the language of instruction depends on the program).
- Provide relevant status documents (e.g., refugee/asylum seeker certificates if applicable).

The scholarship fully covers:
