2026 Otago Polytechnic Study Abroad Scholarships for International Students: Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:
• Be a new international student commencing full-time study in 2026
• Enrol in one of the eligible programs under a Study Abroad agreement
• Take between 45–60 credits per semester
• Maintain full-time international student status throughout their study
• Be subject to 2026 international tuition fees
• Not defer enrollment to 2027 or study part-time at any time

Documents Required

• Evidence of admission into an eligible full-time programme
• Must meet all entry requirements set by Otago Polytechnic for the chosen programme
  (Note: No separate application for the scholarship is needed)

Important Notes

• Scholarship value: up to 30% off tuition fees
• The scholarship is automatically applied upon acceptance
• Only valid for the first year of study
• Failing or repeating a course disqualifies the student from additional scholarship support
• Scholarship is non-transferable, non-deferrable, and not redeemable for cash
