Software Engineer

Golang developer needed for a digital outdoor advertising company to support and enhance legacy software.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a collaborative team setting

• Solve tough challenges related to scheduling, maintaining a decentralized Display fleet while providing a top-notch user experience for our customers

• Must have some experience with Heroku

• Must have some experience with PostgreSQL

• Must be security conscious and understand validation and sanitization of user input really, really well

• Must be a very good communicator

• Provide and consume Partner-API’s of varying quality

• Handle and distribute millions of media assets

• Build resilience into our platform

• Optimize, test assumptions, play with new hard- and software to see what fits

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in back-end development

• Strong knowledge of Go

• Understanding of Heroku

• Good level experience with PostgreSQL

• Familiarity with security conscious

• Understanding validation and sanitation of user input really well

• Good knowledge of English (ability to chat and speak)

• Databases: PostgreSQL

• Programming languages: Golang
