The Product Associate will participate in the creation of new products and features, from the idea stage to launch. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in end-to-end product management. Your main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations, and improving the overall user experience. Our ideal candidate should have a combination of technical and business administration background or degree.

Responsibilities

• Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience.
• Work with our developers to deliver functional solutions.
• Perform quality assurance controls on products.
• Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
• Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products.
• Monitor and report users’ reactions after launching.
• Create support and training documents for internal and external users.
• Participate in system configuration.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience as an IT Product Associate.
• Experience managing the entire product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behaviour and marketing techniques.
• Knowledge of product management tools, like Jira, Trello, Slack.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills alongside the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with web technologies.
• BSc in Business Administration or an IT-related program.
