Marketing Specialist

• Someone who has a marketing background who has experience working with software developers
• You know how senior developers think, what they like, where they hang out on the web, and how to talk their lingo.
• You have a proven track record of placing digital ads and generating leads for recruiting.
• You have a way of communicating with people (mostly developers) in a way that makes them feel both excited and want to take action.
• You are confident in your ability to write interesting blog posts, youtube scripts, and social media content targeted towards software developers.
• You can relay information via slack or email in a way that is brief and catchy.
• You understand how to organize internal and external communications.
• You produce research into what is important and trending to help raise our brand profile and attract the right talent.

• Plan and produce content for social media and conduct social media campaigns
• Place digital marketing campaigns and generate leads for recruiting
• Work with the culture and recruiting team to distribute content such as blogs, youtube videos, and other content the company produces
• Work with the culture and recruiting team on communication strategies for a variety of different topics and goals
• Write the company’s external newsletters to help create brand awareness and an external community
