Job Description

1. Kitchen Assistant Wash utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.
2. Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
3. Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts.
4. Disposing of rubbish.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
2. Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.
3. Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
4. Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts.
5. Disposing of rubbish.
6. Organising linen laundry.
7. Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.

Job Requirements

1. Candidates should possess an HND / OND / NCE qualification.
2. At least 1 year work experience.
