Technical Recruiter

We’re on a mission to be the premier global talent-hiring platform for Canadian tech scale-ups and enterprises.  We need a Technical Recruiter to help hire amazing tech talents for our clients.

Your role is to help our team identify, qualify and nurture the best Software Engineers and other tech professionals in the global workforce who are interested in relocating to Canada.

You can expect to:

• Recruit candidates that would be a good fit for our community
• Be an advocate for them and help them land the best possible job
• Follow up with candidates along their journey with us
• Work closely with our talented team to ensure all candidates have a remarkable experience and spread the word about us!

What would make you a good fit?

• You have a minimum of 1 year of Technical Recruiting experience (in-house or agency) OR You’ve been in Sales/Customer facing positions for at least 1 year
• You are familiar with or interested in learning about Computer Science and new technologies
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• You’re a natural at creating great relationships with people
• You take pride in your high attention to detail
• You’re known as the “organized” one
• You have no problem managing your time
• You’ve always wanted to work in a fast-growing company
• You like experimenting and taking risks
• You’re a creative thinker, willing to take ownership of ideas and think outside the box
• You’ve pretty comfortable around Spreadsheets

• Knowledge of the startup / fast-growing companies landscape in your region
• Expertise in any kind of Sales/Digital Marketing tools
• You’ve done coding before
• You’ve successfully recruited Senior Software Engineers before
