Marketing Lead

✅ About the role:

• Responsible for all things marketing and community
• Assemble and lead an international team
• Create, fully manage, and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support brand and user growth, working closely with our web3 experts and our creative team
• Grow our fanbase and community landscape across various channels
• Oversee and build partnerships with relevant influencers for growth
• Review current marketing trends and create “attention-grabbing” campaigns across all social platforms
• Able to represent our company publically
• Shaping news angles, preparing press materials, and building relationships with journalists at crypto and mainstream publications

👀 What we are looking for:

• Hustler mentality and inquisitive mind, go getter
• Excellent team management skills
• 3+ years of marketing experience
• 1+ years of experience in the DeFi and NFT space
• Experience leading marketing/communications teams within a startup environment
• Experience in working with a remote team, with daily reporting and global cross timezone communication.
• Proven capabilities at being the public face of a product, e.g. interviews, podcasts, public events
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and storytelling skills to express messages concisely and compellingly
• Capable of writing email newsletters /copy, etc
• A strong alignment to our vision and mission
• You’re data-driven, able to define, measure, and manage quantifiable metrics and results and lead a team toward them
• You’re a persuasive communicator who can advocate for your ideas and your team
• Self-driven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
• Passionate about staying up-to-date on the rapidly changing world of blockchain technology
