Lead Technical Recruiter
Your role
- Build:Â You define & implement our recruitment strategy together with us.
- Creative Lead:Â You coordinate our recruiting team of motivated people and help them to develop.
- Grow:Â You successfully build up our tech team with our hiring managers.
- Creative Sourcing Techniques:Â Together with us, you create unique recruiting plans for each vacancy, ranging from active sourcing to ad campaigns with GOhiring.
- Candidate Awareness:Â You adopt an active stance on social media sites like LinkedIn.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting:Â You collaborate closely with the hiring managers to help candidates throughout the whole hiring process, from the construction of candidate profiles to the onboarding of new hires.
- Analytics for hiring:Â By using analytics, you help us analyze and continually improve our hiring procedures.
- Candidate Pool:Â Together with us, you’ll create a talent pipeline for upcoming openings.
Your profile
- Your heart beats for innovation, technology, and Talent Acquisition
- You’ve gained (first) leadership experience and want to continue becoming a leader
- You enjoy being hands-on and involved in interviews and steering the process end-to-end
- Professional hiring and active sourcing experience for technical profiles like Ruby or SQL developers
- Completed studies (e.g. psychology or economics with focus on “human resources”)
- Fluent in English
