Essentials:

• 💰 £27,000 per year
• 📍You need to live in London (within the M25)
• 🧑‍💻 Hybrid working (i.e, coming into the office 2 days a week – Thursday + another day to coordinate with your team lead)
• 🏝️ 31 days holiday per year (+ bank holidays, obviously)

We’re growing – a lot! 🚀 So we finally have the budget and bandwidth to expand the team in a way we never could before.

Which means – you guessed it – we’re looking for an Ops Assistant to help us build greatness! 🤩 Our co-Founders are super busy and need a superstar to help take care of some of the tasks that come their way. What’s exciting about this role is that you will get to be involved in initiatives across every possible area of the business, and play a key role in supporting out co-Founders. You probably won’t get a better crash-course in what it’s like to build a start-up than this role.

From ‘organising our team socials’ to ‘proof-reading our board reports’, and everything in between, you’ll be the right-hand support to getting stuff done. This is a role for the super-organised, the creative soul, the hard-working curious and the kind-hearted. We really believe this is more than anything a role for the ambitious – we see this as an entry-point to so many growth paths into other areas of the company. Once you’ve learned the ropes, who know what you’ll want to take on next at HR DataHub – Marketing? Sales? Customer Success? Data? HR? Other Ops roles?
