About The Role

You’ll be at the heart of bringing to life creative that our customers love. We are looking for a hands on and creatively driven Marketing Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team and you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll be joining a small and agile team, meaning you’ll be able to help shape our approach to marketing creative that showcases the product and brand, and is also compelling and engaging for our target audiences.You’ll own design from brainstorming initial innovative ideas and concepts all the way to delivering final designs for marketing campaigns. You’ll be a brand guardian, ensuring creative is consistent and of high quality, and will offer insights, ideas and suggestions that will help take our brand to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • A collaborative approach, working closely with the team to interpret, develop, and implement first class, on-brand creative from briefs supplied by stakeholders across all levels
  • Experience designing for multi-channel campaigns, seeing projects through from development to launch, with a strong understanding of our owned channel’s identity and content performance
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey succinctly the rationale behind your creative choices and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and realise concepts
  • Experience of project management, maintaining a consistent and smooth workflow. Able to build positive relationships with colleagues across the company
  • Display a learning mentality, to keep track of industry trends, and a constant desire to improve your skills, and act as a mentor and role model across the wider team

Desired Skills and Experience

Required Skills And Experience

  • A minimum of 5-years’ experience working in a fast paced creative environment in a similar role. Degree level or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in visual design, editorial, typography, digital design, social media, creative thinking, branding identity, storyboarding, art direction
  • Strong ability using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, with a good working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • A good understanding of all marketing channel types and associated formats

Desirable

  • Able to write, edit and adapt copy for use in creative concepts such as storyboards for a video.
  • Experience of working with B2C & B2B brands, either in-house or through an agency.
