Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products/services.

Identify target markets and demographics to maximise sales potential.

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, customers, and industry influencers.

To generate leads and close sales, utilize various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and direct sales techniques.

Make use of our marketing materials in product/service demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

Monitor and analyze sales data and adjust marketing strategies as needed.

Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.

Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a similar commission-based role.
Excellent knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and channels.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and self-motivate to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.
