Social Media Manager, Content Creator

We are hiring a Social Media Manager cum Content Creator to join our team.

Responsibilities 

• Build social media presence via our social media platforms.
• Build brand awareness.
• Develop and execute a content strategy and calendar
• Implement Social Media Campaigns
• Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their goals and objectives.
• Respond to client enquiries
• Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company,
• Ensure a positive customer service experience

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. degree in Marketing, Digital, Media, use of social media or relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a social media manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media best practices.
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
• Creative and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects.
• Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
• Ability to make evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
