The Role
The Ellison Oxford team is looking to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner to be responsible for leading the day-to-day functions and strategic goals of its UK location. The Human Resources team focuses on a breadth of strategic functions within the employee lifecycle, with a high value on building and maintaining a culture that reflects the mission and values of the organisation. The ideal candidate will be able to operate as the subject matter expert for the major HR functions, be able to strategize and forecast goals and needs for Institute, lead with integrity, believes in the importance of establishing and maintaining a great culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison with key stakeholders and division leaders in the US by providing HR guidance and support and continuation of culture
- Ensure HR practices and policies comply with UK employment requirements
- Monitor various aspects of employee lifecycle, including but not limited to performance, attendance, annual and statutory leaves
- Oversee recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
- Manage performance review process and determine needs for professional development
- Manage employee relations matters
- Assign and monitor employee training
- Additional duties as assigned
