Future Africa is an asset manager that invests early in mission-driven founders solving hard problems in large markets. We have 70+ portfolio companies with $30M+ USD under management and our fund is backed by the founders of Andela, Paystack, Jumpbike and investors at Local Globe. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Project and/or Program Management experience
• Support or Customer Service experience
• Experience working with founders and/or working in a startup environment will be an added advantage
• Communicate fluently in English
• Ability to work remotely with fast & reliable internet
• Minimum 5+ hours overlap with WAT business hours

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you’ll often find yourself…

• Onboarding new founders and guiding them through their Future Africa portfolio experience
• Tracking and prioritizing founder requests and/or interactions and resolving escalations
• Managing the founder community and helpline
• Nurturing long-term relationships with founders
• Connecting founders with resources and networks such as investors and accelerators
• Planning and executing founder events
• Scheduling and meeting coordination for founder programs
