Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional and timely manner.

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Experience in a customer service or related role is a plus
• Knowledge of agricultural products and services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.
